How Booking Works

From your first enquiry to the big day, we've made booking Dream Duo simple.

Enquire
Using our enquiry form, send us your preferred date, event type and estimated guest numbers. Let us know about any extras you'd like, such as balloon displays, personalised décor, custom setups or a particular theme. We'll check availability and confirm the next steps.

Booking Details & Terms
Once we've confirmed availability and your event details, we'll send over your booking summary, payment information and Dream Duo Terms & Conditions for you to review and accept.

Secure Your Date
A 35% reservation fee is required to secure your booking. We'll hold your chosen date for 48 hours while awaiting payment. Once payment is received and your Terms & Conditions are accepted, your booking is confirmed. Unpaid dates will be released after 48 hours.

Final Details & Balance
Your remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. At this stage, we'll also confirm your final guest numbers, selected extras, personalisation and any setup requirements.

Event Day
The wait is over! Arrive, celebrate and enjoy your Dream Duo experience. Your space is ready, now it's time to make memories.
